EQUIPMENT CLASSES

Studio classes are equipment based (using the reformer, Feldenkrais rolls, gym balls etc). These classes offer the individual the opportunity to specifically, be it on body areas that require toning or injured areas that require strengthening. Or perhaps you just want more attention than the mat clases offer.

Equipment classes are booked by appointment and are:
Tuesdays afternoon - early evening
Wednesdays morning - evenings
Thursdays afternoon
Saturday Morning

Prices for Private Studio Classes (no concessions for private classes)
£45 per 1-1 class
£200 for 5 1-1 classes
£65 per 1-2 class
£280 for 5 1-2 classes

Prices  for Group Studio Classes (you attend as an individual but there are others present, classes are for 90 minutes).
Prices in brackets are for Concessions, Student, OAP
£40 (£34) for assessment session
£28 (£22) per class
£220 (£166) for 10 classes
£385 (£316.50) for 20 classes
